Responsibilities

Work closely with production, merchandising, sales, and design to ensure accurate communication and on-time execution across all stages of development

Develop and maintain detailed measurement specifications and construction packages for denim styles

Oversee pre-production (PP) and top-of-production (TOP) processes to confirm technical requirements are met prior to production

Review and approve: fit samples, wash and finish standards, trims, stitching, etc

Communicate with factories and vendors

Monitor T&A calendar

Fittings

Assess quality for women's denim

Ability to work on menswear as needed
