Responsibilities

Obtain, validate, & maintain data and information to be used in calculations

Prepare reports used for review and approval of incentive payments

Prepare ad hoc analysis on incentive payment plans

Assist managers and associates with questions on their incentive payments

Research and resolve issues with data and payments

Assist in the development of reporting and communication tools

Assist HR and Line Finance with analysis of incentive plan changes

Assist with process improvements and system enhancements

Other duties as assigned

Required

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management or equivalent experience

You have 3+ years' work experience in finance or accounting or related experience

You can demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Excel to create models, build reports and understand the relationship between the data and calculations
