As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying technology to supply chain clients, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing customer support.

Responsibilities
Lead visits to client sites to automate their inventory management
Preparation for deployments and continued customer support for customers, including ticket management and issue troubleshooting
Coordinate with the Research & Development team to ensure that each deployment is smooth and streamlined
Handle every aspect of the implementation including warehouse mapping, hardware calibration and testing, documentation, client training, and continued support
Qualification
Required
BS or AS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field, OR Equivalent experience or aptitude as a technician or in a technically-focused, customer-facing role
Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
Forklift certified (or able to become forklift certified within 1 month of hire)
Thorough understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
Basic proficiency with 1 or more coding languages (eg Python, C, C++, SQL, etc.)
Experience with generative AI
Ability to travel ~60% of time including some weekends
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Understanding of Euler angles and vectors in #-D space
Hands-on building/fabricating experience [cart hardware, drone hardware, machine usage (laser cutter, drills, 3D printers, etc.)]
1+ years with enterprise-grade ticketing systems (eg Jira, Asana, Notion)
Startup experience
Experience teaching
Experience managing a team
Experience with warehouse or inventory control methodologies
