Responsibilities
Develop and own test strategies that validate next-gen powertrain components at scale
Interpret complex test data to solve root causes and elevate product quality
Continuously refine test systems and processes in a collaborative, data-driven culture
Lead hands-on sourcing and deployment of advanced EOL test rigs for electric drive units
Train and empower production teams to troubleshoot and operate test platforms
Collaborate across engineering, quality, and manufacturing to launch high-volume EV solutions
Manage vendors from concept to commissioning to ensure seamless integration into production
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
5+ years in high-volume test engineering, ideally in EV, automotive, or related sectors
Proven success deploying automated test equipment in fast-paced environments
Strong command of data acquisition, SPC, DOE, and industrial instrumentation
Sharp problem-solver with a passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
