Responsibilities
Provide podiatric care to seniors in PACE, SNF, and assisted living settings
Diagnose and treat common foot and ankle conditions on-site
Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients and care teams
Document visits using streamlined systems—no clinic chaos, no admin overload
Qualification
Required
Active California DPM license
Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting
Strong communication and bedside manner
Preferred
Podiatric care experience in geriatrics, SNF, or PACE settings strongly preferred
