Responsibilities
Create 2D and/or 3D animations for shows, shorts, promos, and digital content
Translate storyboards, scripts, and creative direction into polished animation sequences
Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to refine animation timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
Ensure all animation meets BRAVE’s quality, brand, and technical standards
Manage assigned tasks efficiently to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality
Qualification
Required
Strong animation fundamentals (timing, motion, composition, storytelling)
Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., After Effects, Toon Boom, Blender, Maya, or similar)
Ability to receive feedback with humility and implement revisions quickly
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ownership of deliverables
An interest and understanding of how to use A.I. in the creative process
Preferred
Experience animating content for children or family audiences
Familiarity with faith- or values-based storytelling
Understanding of animation pipelines and production workflows
