Responsibilities
Direct daily IT operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems and networks
Supervise and guide a team of IT professionals, fostering growth and accountability
Design and implement IT policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives
Lead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and mitigating risks
Manage backup and recovery processes to maintain data integrity and business continuity
Coordinate vendor relationships, including contract management and service-level agreements
Plan and execute IT projects such as system upgrades, technology migrations, and implementations
Monitor IT performance metrics and report key findings to stakeholders
Ensure the company’s IT infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and efficient
Advocate for innovative technologies to enhance business processes and outcomes
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management or a related field
Extensive knowledge of backup technologies and infrastructure management
Proficiency in server and desktop virtualization tools
Strong expertise in network infrastructure and management tools
Familiarity with computer hardware and configuration management
Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity compliance and risk mitigation
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong analytical skills to assess IT performance and propose improvements
