Responsibilities
Assessing new clients
Developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
Training and supporting staff
Conducting parent education
Using evidence-based ABA strategies to enhance client outcomes
Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Analyzing data to track progress
Collaborating with families and caregivers to promote meaningful behavioral and developmental improvements
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
Experience in Caregiver Training, Behavior Management, Skill Acquisition Plans, and Assessments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and evaluate intervention plans
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA required
Preferred
Experience with children with autism or similar developmental and behavioral diagnoses preferred
