Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify, engage, and convert prospects
Own the hunt for new business through strategic prospecting, sharp discovery, and compelling storytelling that wins trust and closes deals
Manage and grow your pipeline with discipline and creativity, ensuring consistent success and long-term impact
Build lasting relationships by becoming a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional customer experience in all interactions
Collaborate with experts across the business to bring the best thinking and innovation to every client interaction
Work to weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics to ensure optimum opportunity to achieve and exceed quotas and goals
Responsible for selling Kyocera’s business technology solutions within an assigned territory. The solutions stack includes MNS, Network Infrastructure, Security, Business Continuity, ECM, uCaaS, A/V, and Document Output

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 0–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred) with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—you can build rapport quickly and influence decision makers
A consultative mindset with the ability to uncover client challenges and position solutions that deliver measurable results
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve—while thriving in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and keep your pipeline moving
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and sales technology to track activity, pipeline, and performance
Coachable and eager to grow — you take feedback well and actively invest in your personal development
