Responsibilities
Support the launch of Antunes’ Global Listening Strategy
Design, build, and implement surveys, regular feedback tools and reporting functionality in Paycom
Upgrade idea management approach and tools
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and present solutions
Recommend improvements to enhance employee experience
Helps prepare any HR related Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
Develops experience by working on a wide variety of HR projects
Works side-by-side with experienced HR team
Organizes and attends company meetings and events
Updates any internal databases as needed
Assists with recruiting efforts including, interviews and orientation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working in an office environment
Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws is a plus
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field
High school interns will be considered based on relevant skills and interests
