Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic issues for our customers
Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our electronic solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
Conduct training sessions for customers and junior technicians
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in electronic troubleshooting and repair
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in electronic systems and components
Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment and tools
Experience with circuit design and analysis
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in electronics
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic systems support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
