Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date billing in PCS system
Generate and send out invoices for three divisions: Sand and Gravel, Tanks, Flatbed with Sand and Gravel being the priority
Research and resolve customer billing discrepancies
Assist in entering payables in a prompt and accurate manner
Process adjustments to invoices as instructed by supervisor
Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, email, mail or personally
Assist with month-end closing billing and statements
Other duties as required by supervisor or lead
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1 or more years of work experience
