They are seeking a Routing & Planning Operator to setup and process plywood parts through routers and other wood cutting machines, ensuring quality and precision in production.

Responsibilities
Obtains work order to determine parts to be processed
Setup, calibrate and changeover machine to print specifications
Feeds wood stock through machine to create specified parts
Monitor machine for proper cutting, drilling, etc
Quality checks parts per control plan
Reads parts prints, tape measure, caliper, and depth gauges to check specifications
Counts and records part quantities; completes timesheets
Moves finished parts to storage location
Perform Daily/Weekly preventative maintenance tasks
Certified and trained on proper LO/TO procedures
Follows health and safety standards
Maintains a clean workplace following 5S standards
Performs other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above duties
Basic computer skills
Ability to read parts prints, tape measure, caliper, and depth gauges
Ability to work with computerized equipment
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Certified and trained on proper LO/TO procedures
Follows health and safety standards
Maintains a clean workplace following 5S standards
Preferred
Mechanical knowledge is preferred to help troubleshoot problems
PIV License as needed
