The role involves providing front-line support to clients in a residential treatment setting, ensuring safety and structure while assisting clinical staff with treatment activities.

Responsibilities
Welcome new clients, complete intakes, and provide orientation
Supervise daily routines, activities, and overnight shifts
Monitor clients during detox and communicate with medical staff as needed
Administer UDS (urine drug screens) and breathalyzers
Facilitate check-ins, recreation, or life-skills groups (non-clinical)
Support facility safety, shift handoffs, and light housekeeping
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
Must complete pre-employment requirements: TB screening (renewed annually), background and driving record check, drug screening, and reference checks
Ongoing screenings are required during employment to ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support a 24/7/365 treatment program
