Executive Producer
LocalEyes Video Production is an Emmy award-winning corporate video agency helping marketing teams drive sales, awareness, and engagement through strategic video. The Executive Producer will own revenue and video strategy for new business, leading discovery and strategy, managing sales processes, and ensuring client satisfaction while protecting project margins.
Responsibilities
Own the sales process end-to-end: inbound/outbound lead → discovery → strategy → proposal → follow-up → close
Qualify hard and fast: fit, budget, timeline, stakeholder alignment, success metrics
Build proposals, SOWs, and budgets that are accurate, realistic, and margin-protecting
Maintain HubSpot hygiene: stages, next steps, close plans, forecasts, and follow-up cadence
Hit monthly/quarterly bookings targets (new logo + reactivation as assigned)
Lead consultative discovery: business goals, ICP, messaging, distribution channels, success metrics
Architect the right video campaign structure (variants, cutdowns, formats, deployment context)
Translate marketing objectives into a clear creative + production approach production can execute
Ensure “brief quality” is elite - production should start with clarity, not guesswork
Own expansion and retention for your accounts through a weekly cadence (URRR)
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and proactively pitch them
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat revenue without discounting or chaos
Price and scope work to hit target margins
Flag risk early (scope creep, timeline compression, stakeholder misalignment)
Join key moments as needed (kickoff, creative alignment, major reviews) to keep projects on track
Own escalation path when client risk appears (confidence, timeline, quality)
Qualification
Required
Corporate video production experience (you've shipped real work and understand what it takes to deliver)
Video sales experience (you've owned discovery-to-close on production projects)
Proven corporate video production experience (you understand delivery realities)
Proven video sales experience (you've closed production projects end-to-end)
Strong consultative selling with senior marketing stakeholders
Able to scope projects accurately across $15K-$150K+ ranges
Extremely disciplined follow-up and CRM habits
Strong written communication (briefs, proposals, recap emails)
High ownership - no excuses, no dropped balls
5+ years in corporate video production (agency or in-house)
3+ years owning sales cycles for video/production services (discovery to close)
Experience as EP / Producer / Sr Producer / Account Director (or equivalent)
Preferred
B2B tech experience (VP Marketing / Demand Gen buyers)
Experience selling campaign or multi-asset video systems
Experience collaborating with paid media or demand gen teams (not running ads, but speaking their language)
HubSpot power user
