Responsibilities
Gather and validate financial data from Apptio and other systems
Assist in maintaining business cases through governance stages (concept, approval, execution, closeout)
Prepare pre-read materials and ensure completeness for capital governance checkpoints
Update forecasts, reconcile actuals, and check coding accuracy in dependent systems
Support variance analysis and document findings for senior team members
Track progress on value realization activities and maintain dashboards or trackers
Create simple visuals and summaries for stakeholder communication
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial management, data analysis, or IT project management
Proficiency in Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Interest in learning financial governance and IT investment processes
Strong communication skills with ability to present information clearly
