Administrative Support Analyst

Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions
Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance optimization
Assist in project planning, tracking, and documentation
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate team engagements
Prepare and distribute communications, reports, and meeting minutes
Maintain organized records and documentation, including contracts, purchase requisitions, and project files
Manage general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency with financials and data
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal skills are required
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
