Responsibilities
Responsibility for overseeing infrastructure connectivity and security equipment
They will be able to identify and resolve issues on the connectivity infrastructure and establish security best practices
They are ultimately responsible for maintaining infrastructure systems - including Network, Zero Trust Segmentation (AKA Micro-Seg), NGFW, NAC and Load Balancing
Key responsibilities encompass: Technical Excellence: Demonstrating good knowledge of infrastructure knowledge and CCNP certifications preferred Operational focus: responsible for creating and generating configuration changes, responding to more complex and technical incident response and trouble shooting
Incident Management: Playing a central role in tier 3 specialist incident response and resolution
Collaborate with vendor teams for complex incident response
Continuous Learning: Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices to drive advancements in the field
Qualification
Required
Demonstrating good knowledge of infrastructure knowledge
Responsible for creating and generating configuration changes
Responding to more complex and technical incident response and trouble shooting
Playing a central role in tier 3 specialist incident response and resolution
Collaborate with vendor teams for complex incident response
Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices to drive advancements in the field
