Responsibilities
Leading hypothesis-driven research and quantitative analyses to inform HID’s most critical strategic decisions
Owning workstreams from problem definition through solution delivery, synthesizing complex data into actionable, executive-ready recommendations
Collaborating cross-functionally with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and driving implementation of strategic initiatives
Continuously monitoring industry trends, competitive dynamics, and internal performance to identify new opportunities and risks for HID
Supporting the development, refinement, and execution of HID’s corporate strategy, adapting recommendations as new insights and market shifts emerge
Communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner
Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the progress and impacting of key strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability and follow-through across the organization
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic recommendations and drive change management efforts
Taking ownership of special projects and ad hoc strategic analyses (including M&A support) as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Strategy or Economics is desirable, or other relevant college experience with demonstrated strategic capability
1-2 years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting, in-house corporate strategy, investment banking, or high-impact business operations
Demonstrated ability to develop relevant frameworks and use them to effectively solve complex business problems
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, ability to communicate analytical findings in a concise and clear fashion
Strong ability to design and build effective executive-level presentations
High proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
