Responsibilities

Handle incoming phone calls for the Wichita office and related switchboard tasks with lasting, positive impression of the Firm
Greet guests with lasting, positive impressions of the Firm
Handle all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Help keep break rooms presentable by making coffee, restocking coffee supplies, as well as other tasks, as needed
Ensure a clean, organized and efficient office environment
Assist with planning and execution of local events, meetings, and/or conferences
Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries and routing them to the appropriate individuals
When needed, finalizing documents in an electronic format such as pdf document or word document and proper filing/organization of those documents
When needed, print documentation and bind for client delivery
Complete special projects as assigned

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteAdministrative experienceHigh school diplomaAssociate's Degree

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Associate's Degree
1+ year of related administrative experience
