Responsibilities

Following a written care plan by a registered nurse, you’ll provide a personal care service and household support to help adults stay safe and independent at home
Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, etc
Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc
Meal preparation and feeding
Range of motion/exercises
Medication reminders
Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/Use of mechanical lifting devices/Hoyer lift)

Required

Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
Demonstrate the ability to read/write/and effectively communicate in English
Social Security Number and Government Identification

Tuberculosis Exam (PPD, QuantiFERON, or Chest X-ray)
