Responsibilities
Perform data analysis and simulations on research and operational data sets
Provide written summary reports of findings and methods
Conduct literature research in collaboration with research teams across the system
Utilize current literature to determine key components of the study design including power, sample size, etc
Present project work to internal and external stakeholders
Provide recommendations on statistical significance, data extrapolation and conclusions
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Other
previous work experience or coursework in the use of software packages for data management and statistical analysis
Proven clear and concise written and oral communication skills are essential
Uses effective presentation and meeting techniques (agendas, time management, etc.)
Strong computer experience necessary
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to think logically and evaluate alternative solutions in problem solving required
Previous experience with SAS, SPSS, R or equivalent platforms required
Preferred
Proven competency to work independently preferred
