Conceptualizing and creating compelling, user-centered digital experiences and interfaces
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives
Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
Contributing to user research
Creating seamless design systems
Ensuring accessibility
Providing mentorship to junior designers
Contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating user-centered designs
Strong skills in visual design, graphic design, and building cohesive design systems
Experience with user research techniques and incorporating findings into design solutions
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar platforms
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
Preferred
Experience working with purpose-driven organizations or in related industries is a plus
