Responsibilities

Oversee the scheduling of full production pipeline, ensuring all projects stay on schedule and meet delivery deadlines

Create and maintain production calendars, workflows, and task assignments

Track project progress, manage timelines, and keep productions on time and on budget

Regularly update the Broadcast Director and all stakeholders on the status of projects, upcoming deadlines, and any potential risks or slowdowns

Identify and address any resource limitations or bottlenecks that could impact production flow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments and time zones to maintain alignment and clear communication

Schedule, organize, and participate in production meetings; take and distribute detailed, actionable notes

Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and production crew to ensure clear communication and accountability

Schedule shoots, book guest / talent, script supervision

Process POs, RMAs, talent, video equipment and service requests

Stage, prep and breakdown sets and event spaces

Collaboratively and Independently conduct studio shoots and live events, including full setup and breakdown of equipment

Prepare and operate multi-camera setups, adjust exposure and framing, and capture clean audio signals

Mic talent and guests, monitor audio levels, and provide basic stage direction to ensure smooth, professional delivery

Operate video switchers, audio mixers, light board, signal routers, teleprompter

Graphics and video playback systems

Step into multiple technical roles during productions as needed, including technical director, floor manager, teleprompter and playback operator

Log, archive, and manage media assets using consistent naming conventions and storage protocols

Troubleshoot and resolve basic audio and video signal issues in both live and studio environments

Assist Broadcast department in all projects, productions and events as needed

Maintain high standards of storytelling, technical quality, and production efficiency

Required

2+ years of experience in production coordination, live events, or broadcast studio environments

Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with production scheduling tools and workflows

Technical proficiency in video cameras, lighting, audio capture, and studio systems

Working knowledge of video switchers, audio mixers, signal routing, and general AV systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with executives, clients, and production teams

Confident working with on-camera talent and providing basic stage direction

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and production sites

Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
