Responsibilities

Drive success of the company's goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas
Responsible for new business and net new logos in the assigned sales territory
Cultivates relationships and uses Ascent Solutions sales strategies throughout multiple levels of the customer's organization to establish strong alignment on long-term goals and secure buy-in and execution
Ensures pipeline, sales, and revenue goals are on target
Coordinates with Pre-sales, Alliances, and Services holding self and the team accountable for delivering on quota targets
Collaborates with the Ascent Sales team
Leverages knowledge of and experience with Ascent and Microsoft's product and service landscape, solutions, and strategy to address customer's needs
Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
Develops deep relationships with executive customer contacts and business decision makers
Immerse self in customer business to seek customer feedback (both formal and informal) regarding ways to acquire, retain, and grow more engagement and collaboration
Forecast sales activity and revenue

Required

7+ years successful experience in selling services or solutions
Demonstrated experience of selling services to large enterprise customers with a revenue of $50 - $250M
cybersecurity industry knowledge
experience with the Microsoft E5 platform and suite of security and compliance software
Proven track record and achievement reaching/exceeding specific quota size, i.e., $5M in annual sales
Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused experiences, pitches and solutions
Exhibits sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
Challenger and growth mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner and passion for sales
Strong experience with CRM and defined sales processes
Willing to travel up to 25%
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
