Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of iOS applications
Define and enforce best practices for iOS development, code quality, and performance
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to iOS standards and design guidelines
Make technical decisions that support scalability, security, and long-term maintainability
Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS frameworks
Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across mobile products
Collaborate with backend teams on API design and integration
Optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience
Mentor and support junior and mid-level iOS developers
Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Backend Engineers
Translate product requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans
Support release planning, deployment, and post-release support

Required

7+ years of iOS development experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role
Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS SDKs (UIKit, SwiftUI)
Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture)
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, mobile security, and performance optimization
Experience with App Store submissions, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
