Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile general ledger accounts
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Assist with audits, special projects, and ad hoc reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting and data quality
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and rotational assignments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience
Must have experience with Mutual Fund Accounting
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Reconciliation and data validation expertise
