Commercial Training Manager

They are seeking a Commercial Training Manager to empower sales teams by delivering training programs, certifying product knowledge, coaching sales representatives, and developing training initiatives for the Advanced Wound Management portfolio.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training programs for new and experienced sales professionals through live, virtual, and field-based sessions
Certify the sales team on product knowledge, clinical pathways, competitor strategies, and selling skills
Coach and mentor sales reps and managers to foster a culture of continuous learning
Collaborate with global and local teams to customize training content and address performance gaps
Develop strategic and tactical plans for Commercial Training & Education initiatives
Track and report on training effectiveness and ROI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3–7 years' experience in commercial sales, training, or marketing
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with knowledge of adult learning principles
Proven ability to coach, influence, and collaborate across teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
