Responsibilities
Solution Design: Deeply understand customer business challenges, mapping them to technical solutions and crafting compelling AI prototypes on the Articul8 platform that address real business objectives
Customer Enablement: Lead technical workshops, hackathons, and training sessions to help customers envision AI transformation and empower their teams for ongoing success
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to position the platform and deliver best-fit solutions
Platform Deployment: Oversee installation, configuration, and scaling of the Articul8 platform in customer environments, ensuring high standards of security, reliability, and performance
Custom Engineering: Develop and implement tailored workflow solutions to meet unique customer needs and requirements
Infrastructure Optimization: Architect and tune Kubernetes-based environments on AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises for infrastructure excellence
Ongoing Training: Deliver enablement workshops and documentation to support long-term customer autonomy and expansion
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine deployments for cost-effectiveness, performance scalability, and resilience
Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback and relay it to Product and Engineering, influencing roadmap and product enhancements based on actual customer needs
Qualification
Required
10+ years in solution architecture, technical implementation, or enterprise software delivery, with a proven track record of engaging and advising executive and technical leadership
Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization
Strong foundation in modern programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Go with hands-on software engineering experience
Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL
Demonstrated skill in building effective prototypes, demos, and production-ready deployments
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both executive and engineering audiences, with strong presentation and documentation skills
Expertise in generative AI building blocks and at least one specialization in AI/ML pipelines, API design, data engineering, vector/graph databases, or AI model orchestration
Willingness and ability to travel for customer workshops, deployments, and support as necessary
