Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term Epic strategies across operations and IT
Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership to standardize workflows and improve processes
Lead Epic build and optimization projects, including back-end configuration
Manage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
Monitor KPIs and recommend workflow enhancements for maximum impact
Support education initiatives by creating training materials and tip sheets
Participate in client assessments and provide expertise for new business opportunities

Qualification

Required

Current Epic certification in a Revenue Cycle module
Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred

3+ years of Epic build experience in revenue cycle functions (billing and patient access)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
