As a Construction Services Intern, you will analyze contract amendments and their impact on financial performance while gaining exposure to multifamily land development and vertical construction.

Responsibilities
Works with Construction Manager to gain an understanding of multifamily land development and multifamily vertical constructions
Works with Construction Manager to gain exposure to financial reporting and analysis
Works with Construction Manager team to gain exposure to the construction to property management transition
Conducts an analysis of the contract amendments and their impact to financial performance versus project budget
Completes ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently or actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Systems Management
Work requires strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Work requires ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Previous construction internship experience and exposure to project management software is preferred, but not required
