They are seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to oversee the financial planning and strategic initiatives, acting as a primary partner to the executive team and managing investor relations and Board communications.

Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Strategic Finance team, overseeing the end-to-end execution of company-wide financial planning and strategic initiatives
Own the narrative for Board materials and investor relations, acting as a primary point of contact for the executive team
Drive high-impact projects across all business units
Lead capital raising efforts and evaluate M&A opportunities that align with our long-term roadmap
Define and manage the company’s KPI framework, building the dashboards and deep-dives necessary to track and improve performance

Required

At least 8 years of total experience, including a foundation in Investment Banking or Management Consulting (2+ years)
Proven track record of managing and developing a Strategic Finance or BizOps team at a high-growth startup
Expert-level Excel and modeling skills with a 'right is right' mentality and unyielding attention to detail
Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS unit economics and the operational levers that drive ARR and retention
Demonstrated experience leading high-visibility projects from initial scoping through to final reporting and implementation
