Responsibilities
Assist with business analysis, process optimization, and strategic projects
Support specific business lines on transaction governance, control-related initiatives, vendor management, and audit support
Work on data-driven process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational analytics
Monitor performance, analyze data, identify risks, and develop creative, actionable solutions that drive positive outcomes for the firm
Participate in a robust training curriculum led by senior leaders across the firm
Gain direct exposure to the CEO and Executive Management Team through interactive sessions, discussions, and firmwide events
Present work directly to senior leadership
Receive frequent coaching and feedback from the program team and firm leaders
Qualification
Required
Ability to work on site in New York for 10 weeks during Summer 2026
Currently enrolled in an accredited program and must be on track to graduate in either Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
Excellent academic record with ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
Exemplifies high standards with regards to ethics and integrity
Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
Preferred
Qualified candidates will ideally be pursuing a BA/BS degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related fields (preferred but not required)
