Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing strategic marketing insights, and overseeing digital campaigns to ensure they meet client goals and expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of client relationships with 4-8 corporate client contacts and 100-120 different accounts maintaining a response time under 10 hours and a monthly retention rate of 96%+
Provide monthly reporting and analysis by the 6th business day of the following month, mid month check-ins around the 15th and present key findings on monthly client calls
Oversee all digital aspects of campaigns including performance and reporting for Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Geofencing, Display, Review Management, Email, Native, and Spotify
Develop and maintain full understanding of marketing, products/services and digital strategy for assigned clients
Keep track of small and large details and delegate/work closely with other account managers and account coordinators on the account
Proactively monitor campaign performance and make recommendations. Work closely with our operations teams to optimize campaigns for best ROI
Lead demos and set up calls to onboard and oversee success of clients on our SAAS platform, Fiona
Support client adoption of Fiona products, work closely with development team to report and fix and bugs, and make recommendations to UI based on client feedback
Work selflessly with other departments to provide the best client experiences

Required

1+ Years in a Client Facing Role
1+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience (paid search, paid social, display, geofencing)
Experience Working in a Fast Paced Agency Environment

Ability to speak, act and encourage others in a way that aligns with personal values

Preferred

Multifamily/Senior Living/Student Housing Experience is a Plus
