Responsibilities

Oversee daily application flow; working both email and portal submissions
Ensure all applications are properly processed
Enter and review bank statements
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Foster good working relationships with internal staff and partners
Maintain customers and accounts within system of record
Performing other duties as required

Required

Must be able to multitask and be highly adaptable to change
Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong math and analytical skills
Friendly and personable

Preferred

2 or 4-year degree is preferred, but not required
Previous experience as an operations coordinator or similar data entry or administrative role
