The attorney will work closely with the General Counsel to manage contracts and compliance efforts while contributing to the legal team's growth and efficiency.

Manage, draft, and negotiate contracts and terms and conditions

Help the business develop template agreements and streamlined processes

Help manage, prepare, and comply with governance documents

Aid the General Counsel in compliance and growth efforts across the business, including possibly M&A, trademarks management, privacy/GDPR, sanctions, and KYC matters (with no experience in those areas being required before hire)
