Account Manager / Inside Sales
Apt is seeking a dedicated and driven Account Manager to join their growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships while ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
Responsibilities
Lead year over year predictable account growth
Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
Act as the point of contact for clients and provide regular updates
Resolve issues and problems faced by the customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in B2B sales
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
