Responsibilities
Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up with suppliers
Support inventory management activities, including stock analysis and cycle counts
Help monitor supplier lead times and delivery performance
Assist with logistics coordination, including inbound and outbound shipments
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and spreadsheets
Support cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and warehouse staff
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in supply chain, manufacturing, or the automotive industry
