Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert across multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
Define and manage the Workday roadmap, aligning system improvements with HR strategy and organizational priorities
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and leading high-impact projects from concept to implementation
Architect and maintain integrations using tools such as EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS to ensure seamless connectivity between Workday and third-party systems
Troubleshoot complex integration issues, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability across platforms
Lead the technical design and requirements gathering for new Workday initiatives
Partner with IT, HR, Finance, and other business units to deliver scalable solutions to complex challenges
Oversee tenant lifecycle management, ensuring systems are properly maintained and aligned with evolving business needs
Continuously evaluate and refine Workday processes, reports, integrations, and user interfaces to enhance efficiency and usability
Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver training that builds Workday expertise across the organization
Oversee testing, release management, and deployment of Workday updates to ensure business readiness
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Workday HCM experience, including configuration, implementation, and optimization
Strong proficiency with Workday integration tools (EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS)
Proven track record of designing, testing, and deploying integrations to support critical HR processes
Expertise in multiple Workday modules (experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting strongly preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and present solutions to leadership
Broad understanding of the HR technology ecosystem, including integrations with Benefits, Recruiting, and Payroll
Preferred
Workday Pro or Workday Partner certifications
Experience with Workday Studio or Workday Financials
Background in Workday consulting or formal implementation projects
