Responsibilities
Manage and process AR, matching invoices and resolving discrepancies
Maintain organized AR records and aging schedules
Assist with weekly payroll processing and review timesheets
Answer vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and payroll
Support month-end tasks, basic GL coding checks, and reconciliations
Partner with AP on credit card and expense-related tasks
Assist with office coordination, documentation, and workflow prep
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and other teams as needed
Support knowledge transfer and transition from a retiring employee
Qualification
Required
Accounts Receivable experience or strong administrative experience involving AR
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growing environment
Adaptability and willingness to take on varied responsibilities
Preferred
QuickBooks Online experience
