This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's business network and server infrastructure, troubleshooting complex network issues, and collaborating with contractors for validation processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks
Assist in Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Assist in maintaining Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect network and server infrastructure
Perform regular system backups, assist in disaster recovery planning, and data protection measures
Collaborate with other IT teams to support enterprise applications and cloud services
Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing
Assist in requesting purchases for IT and OT business needs
Assist with capacity planning, performance tuning, and system upgrades
Provide technical support for escalated IT issues related to networking and server infrastructure
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to assist in improving IT infrastructure
Assist with educating company employees on matters relating to cybersecurity
May work in or with department personnel in cleanrooms
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2-5 years of job-related experience in network and server administration
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and routing
Proficient with Windows server AD administration
Proficient with Office 365 Exchange/Entra/Teams/SharePoint /etc. Administration
Proficient with Hyper-V Standard/Enterprise +
Troubleshooting, problem-solving, critical thinking customer service skills is a must

Preferred

CISSP, Network +, CCNA certification preferred
Previous ERP/MRP/Cloud based systems experience preferred
