Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in the first year of a Master's program in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or MBA with HR focus
Minimum 1 year of professional HR experience
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships in a matrixed environment
Preferred
Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving mindset
Experience working on cross-functional projects or in dynamic environments
