Responsibilities
Vehicle Check-In —physically inspect and drive each vehicle
Accept trade receipts —review bid and check-in sheet in car track to ensure accurate ACV
Lot Management —assist with daily vehicle movement, both inside and outside the lot
Purchase Order Processing —verify costs and forward invoices to the accounting department
Cartrak/Data Entry —perform data entry and invoice processing in Cartrak
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid in-state driver's license
Strong verbal and written communication
Preferred
Minimum 2 years of transportation, logistics or warehouse operations experience
Ability to drive cars, SUVs and Passenger Trucks, standard and automatic transmissions
Proven experience working without supervision, making sound decisions on your own in a fast paced environment
