Required

Data Analysis and Strategic Planning skills, including the ability to analyze sales metrics and implement effective growth strategies
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to present ideas clearly and foster collaboration among team members
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management systems
Preferred
Experience in the funeral, cemetery, or death care industry is an asset but not required
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
