Head of Sales and Business Development
Global Recruiters of Mid-Cities (GRN) is seeking a Head of Sales and Business Development for a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm in Arizona. The role involves managing a team of Financial Advisors, focusing on growing assets under management, developing sales skills, and improving client engagement.
Responsibilities
Run sales meetings
Manage and distribute marketing leads
Observe prospective client meetings to train team effectively
Public speaking at dinners, conferences, seminars; etc
Train Advisors on financial planning analysis and implementation
Communicate with firm leadership and drive initiatives
Qualification
Required
Active Series 65 license
10+ years in wealth management industry
3+ years in sales management and/or leadership role
Work in Peoria office and travel to other locations in Greater Phoenix occasionally
Proven history of driving sales results and coaching Advisors
Deep understanding of industry and SEC requirements
Must be comfortable with recommending allocations into funds, SMAs, model portfolios, fixed income products, including fixed income annuities
