Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal
Hook Law helps families navigate meaningful and complex transitions, and they are seeking a Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal to support their Estate Administration team. The role involves managing estate and trust administration matters, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance while providing compassionate support to clients.

Responsibilities
Manage estate and trust administration matters from start to finish
Draft legal documents, affidavits, pleadings, inventories, accountings, and settlement agreements
Communicate professionally with beneficiaries, clients, attorneys, and financial institutions
Coordinate and track estate and trust distributions
Maintain estate and trust checkbooks and ensure proper compliance
Gather financial and tax-related documents for fiduciary and individual tax returns
Assist with research related to probate procedures, creditor claims, and estate administration issues
Keep files organized, deadlines met, and matters moving forward efficiently
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred
Prior experience in estate administration, accounting, bookkeeping, or real estate closings strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a team
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems (Microsoft Office required)
