Responsibilities

Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of recurring IT issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent future incidents
Maintain a problem management database and ensure accurate documentation of known errors and workarounds
Collaborate with incident management teams to reduce incident volume and improve service reliability
Develop and enforce change management policies and procedures aligned with ITIL best practices
Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure timely review and approval of change requests
Assess risks, impacts, and dependencies for proposed changes
Monitor and report on change success rates, failures, and trends
Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance requirements
Maintain audit-ready documentation for all problem and change management activities
Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for process optimization
Provide training and guidance to IT teams on problem and change management processes

Qualification

ITIL CertificationIT Service ManagementAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsStakeholder managementCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
ITIL Certification (Foundation required)
5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on problem and change management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred

ITIL Certification (Intermediate or Expert preferred)
