Responsibilities
Lead and mentor data engineers, analysts, and modelers
Allocate resources and manage priorities for data projects
Define and implement data governance frameworks and standards
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Oversee design and implementation of data architecture and pipelines
Ensure data solutions meet business requirements and performance standards
Support advanced analytics, BI, and reporting initiatives
Collaborate with business teams to identify data-driven opportunities
Monitor data quality and integrity across systems
Optimize data processes for scalability and efficiency
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams
Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in data architecture, modeling, and analytics
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Knowledge of ETL tools, BI platforms, and big data technologies
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Data Analytics Specialty, Google Data Engineer) preferred
