Peak Performers is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support an established HR team. The role involves time & attendance administration, employee record maintenance, onboarding support, and general HR clerical functions.

Responsibilities

Assist with maintenance of time & attendance records, including printing and distributing employee sign-in/sign-out sheets and producing employee timesheets
Review and audit SharePoint databases to confirm timely, complete, and accurate submission of employee calendars and timesheets
Process employee calendars in SharePoint to generate timesheets and assist with documentation of missing, late, or deficient submissions
Communicate with employees and supervisors regarding time & attendance requirements, corrections, and follow-up as needed
Assist with audits and documentation related to time & attendance processes and associated software
Assist with employee probation reports and annual evaluation maintenance, including auditing employee files and coordinating outreach to supervisors and department heads
Support onboarding of new employees by obtaining, reviewing, processing, organizing, and filing required documentation
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR staff, including scheduling, answering and directing phone calls, organizing and filing documents, and collecting and distributing mail
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned in support of HR operations

Required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed, process-driven work
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data entry and document review
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Comfortable communicating with employees and supervisors in a professional office environment
Willingness to learn agency-specific systems and procedures (training will be provided)

Preferred

SharePoint experience is helpful but not required
Prior experience with administrative, HR support, payroll, or time & attendance functions is helpful but not required
