Responsibilities
Develop test hardware, software, and firmware from requirements through deployment
Lead small engineering teams and report technical progress, cost, and schedule to leadership
Identify and resolve test readiness issues throughout the development lifecycle
Ensure adherence to project budget, schedule, and performance goals
Support mechanical engineering and suppliers in test adapter design
Work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
Present technical work clearly in project status meetings
Support manufacturing operations with on-site troubleshooting and debugging
Engage in ongoing technical development and growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience
Experience in electrical engineering design and/or software automation
U.S. Citizenship with active and transferable security clearance
Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance prior to start
Preferred
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience leading technical tasks and small to mid-sized teams
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira/Confluence, EVMS)
Proficiency with National Instruments tools (TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, LabVIEW)
Experience in digital, analog, RF, and/or power supply test hardware/software design
Skilled in automating commercial test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, analyzers, etc.)
